We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial and Administrative Director to join our team at LC Residence Corporation.
Job Summary:The Financial and Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with experience in managing teams and leading projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate administrative services, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage the operations of a department providing a single administrative service, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established policies and procedures.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience in finance and administration, with a strong background in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
