About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at the Institute of IT Training Inc. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the IT department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze and assess the performance of IT operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that all expenditures are aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve IT operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Recruit Staff: Identify and recruit top talent to join the IT team, ensuring that all new hires have the necessary skills and experience to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize the Development of Specifications for Products or Services: Work with cross-functional teams to develop specifications for new products or services, ensuring that they meet business needs and objectives.
  • Meet with Clients to Discuss System Requirements, Specifications, Costs, and Timelines: Collaborate with clients to understand their system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Manage Incidents: Develop and implement incident management processes, ensuring that all incidents are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring that all their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT operations, management, or related field.
  • Work Setting: Information technology (IT) consulting, consulting firm.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, organized.
