About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at the Institute of IT Training Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective use of resources.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Client Management
    • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Manage incidents and ensure prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit and manage a team of IT professionals to support daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in IT operations management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
