Join Kin's Farm Market Team as a Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kin's Farm Market. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting and moving heavy boxes.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and product promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Food Safe and First Aid training an asset.
