Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Assist customers with purchases and resolve any issues in a timely and positive manner
  • Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, and visual displays
  • Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in apparel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Experience with retail operation concepts, such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
  • Self-starter with good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
  • Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly attitude
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas, decisions, and actions
