Job Title: Sales Associate

At Tommy Hilfiger, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained, adhering to visual presentation standards.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures and execute markdowns and re-merchandising as needed.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks, attending Take 5 meetings and participating in staff meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Represent the Tommy Hilfiger image through personal and professional appearance.
  • Demonstrate professional image and conduct, maintaining respect for peer group, staff, and supervisor.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
  • Communicate concerns to management and support all company/management decisions.
