Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to support our team at Laura Canada. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating fashion knowledge, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, trends, and merchandise location to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients using Clientele Development tools, promoting store initiatives and loyalty programs.
- Point of Sale: Accurately execute Point of Sale procedures, ensuring seamless transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in retail is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and openness to feedback.
- Attitude: Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
