We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at B.C. Ltd.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, leadership skills, and technical knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including pricing and credit policies
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and services
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales management
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
  • Work setting: Automobile dealership
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per annum, based on the national average for this position.
