Job Description

E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, monitoring staff performance, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of improving staff performance and productivity
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work a 40-hour week with occasional overtime.
