The E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a Restaurant Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and quality food presentation
  • Coordinating staff scheduling and training programs to meet business needs
  • Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant operations or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
