Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, monitoring performance, planning and organizing daily operations, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and supervising staff
  • Maintain inventory and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Dependability, reliability, and ability to work independently
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
