About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Program Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing a Data Governance strategy and deploying the framework across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with various business and technology stakeholders to influence and drive adoption of Data Governance practices.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Governance strategy that aligns with business objectives and risk management requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Data Governance framework is deployed effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on Data Governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on Data Governance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Data Governance program management, with a strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data governance issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulations, and standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
