We are looking for a skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our Analytics & Business Insights team at Ensemble Travel Group. Job Description:
- Drive data decentralization by developing new Power BI dashboards to provide key stakeholders with timely and relevant insights.
- Analyze complex data sets and leverage your business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and improvement across all revenue streams.
- Collaborate with data engineers to refine data pipelines and improve overall data architecture, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary technology platform.
- Contribute to driving user adoption of our platform through segmentation strategies and customized approaches, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Develop creative solutions to address data quality issues and improve data collection processes, minimizing the risk of errors and inconsistencies.
- Support revenue management efforts by identifying opportunities to achieve partner goals and maximize Ensemble payouts, resulting in increased profitability.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop effective measurement strategies that assess campaign performance and ROI, informing data-driven decision-making.
- Automate processes and suggest tools or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, freeing up resources for more strategic initiatives.
- Actively contribute to developing, sharing, and implementing best practices across teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage analytics projects with some coaching, including defining scope, objectives, measurement strategies, and communication plans, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- A curious mind and ownership mentality, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI (mandatory) and other data visualization tools, as well as hands-on experience with SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data insights.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
