  • Office Administration: Open and distribute mail, establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments and manage digital databases.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries and maintain accurate records.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics and information, set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems and perform data entry tasks.
Personal Qualities and Skills:
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients and external partners.
  • Organizational: Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
