About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field and Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of settings, including patient homes and specialty clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and infusions in patient homes and clinics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of treatment.
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, providing education and support to patients and caregivers as needed.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on medication management, treatment options, and disease management.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of [Province]
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in infusion therapy or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and treatment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
