Job Summary

BTS ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Operations Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of office procedures and policies.
    • Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze reports, including financial reports and performance metrics.
    • Provide data and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year
