Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to our office team at GDKN Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to an individual, a small team, or department, and will be expected to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to an individual, a small team, or department, including receiving and relaying telephone messages, entering routine data into standard forms and templates, and filing and archiving paper and electronic documents.
  • Perform routine administrative work within established procedures, including data entry in Excel and potentially payroll tasks.
  • Handle basic clerical or administrative support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Assist with filing and sorting tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent.
  • 6 months of related work experience.
  • Previous manufacturing facility experience and experience with payroll, time, and attendance systems (Kronos) are preferred.
