Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct branch operations to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maintain effective administrative management practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership, motivation, and coaching skills with a focus on people and results.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support convictions with sound reasoning.
• Excellent skills in planning, organization, and time management.
• Ability to make decisions and work independently, with a results-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong sales abilities and persuasiveness to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.
• Diplomacy and courtesy in dealing with diverse stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
