About BUSTERS PIZZA & DONAIR

We are seeking a skilled and organized Dining Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Job Description:

As a Dining Operations Manager at BUSTERS PIZZA & DONAIR, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

In this role, you will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports as needed. Additionally, you will oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, as well as establish work schedules for your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff.
  • Evaluate and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee tray assembly and food delivery.
  • Establish work schedules for team members.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You should have a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices, and be able to maintain accurate records and reports. Additionally, you should be able to lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:

BUSTERS PIZZA & DONAIR offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
