We are a vibrant and dynamic restaurant, offering a unique dining experience to our customers. As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, managing daily operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures that meet our high standards.
  • E nsure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, with a combination of sitting and walking.
