About the Role

Maestro Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ERP implementations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Maestro* across our customers, including modeling and documenting processes, formulating recommendations for process optimization, and configuring the system to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on the use of Maestro*, including designing learning materials and assisting with system go-live.
  • Participate in the entire implementation process, from sales to project closure, with a proactive approach, providing recommendations to the project management team and suggesting modifications to the deployment calendar to enhance project value.
  • Provide recommendations and assist customers with integrated testing during deployment.
  • Deliver training sessions to our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Software Support team.
  • Collaborate with management on various special projects.
Requirements
  • A relevant diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Significant experience in financial management/accounting.
  • Experience training, including virtual, classroom, group, or individual training.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external clients to understand and collate their needs.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and superior aptitude for organization and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication skills, in French and in English, and be customer service oriented.
  • Available to travel frequently.
  • Available to work flexible hours.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (an asset).
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing ERP-type products, including Maestro* (an asset).
