Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the management of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development and planning of projects, ensuring timely completion;
- Supporting the tracking and control of project progress and budgets;
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution;
- Requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to reduce project costs while maintaining quality standards;
- Participating in problem-solving with project managers;
- Managing bid processes for subcontractors and suppliers;
- Obtaining necessary permits and tracking their progress;
- Identifying and addressing project deficiencies in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a construction engineering or civil engineering program;
- Experience in the construction industry or knowledge of industry practices;
- Ability to interpret plans and specifications;
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office;
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.

Additional Information
This is a 1, 2, or 3-month internship opportunity. Due to limited spots, we encourage you to apply promptly. As a token of appreciation, we offer a $250 bonus upon completion of the internship. Montoni also provides three productivity bursaries of $1000, $750, and $500 to the top-performing students each session.
