About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and the environment at ADM facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with experience in regulatory compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and well-being
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a safety and compliance role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
