Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Medical Clinical Research Associate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations group, you'll be responsible for managing site-level activities, ensuring project objectives are met, and driving query resolution to closure within agreed timelines.

Your primary focus will be on conducting site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits, as well as performing investigational product inventory reconciliations and reviews. You'll work closely with study sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and company SOPs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site-level activities, including site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Perform investigational product inventory reconciliations and reviews
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ICH-GCP guidelines, and company SOPs
  • Collaborate with study sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive project success
  • Develop and implement site management strategies to meet project objectives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Moderate level of critical thinking skills expected
  • Able to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis

You'll also have a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements, as well as good computer skills and an ability to adapt to new technologies.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
