Medical Writer Team Lead

">Key Responsibilities
">- Mentor and lead less experienced medical writers on complex projects, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the lead for assigned writing projects, managing activities within and across departments with minimal supervision.
- Develop or support a variety of documents, including clinical study protocols, reports, patient narratives, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to produce high-quality writing deliverables.
- Serve as a peer reviewer, providing review comments on draft and final documents.
- Maintain adherence to established regulatory standards, Company Standard Operating Procedures, and client standards.
- Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with industry practices and regulatory requirements.
- Work within budgeted hours, communicating changes to medical writing leadership and maintaining awareness of project specifications.
About You
">We seek an experienced Medical Writer Team Lead with a strong background in medical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required. Familiarity with FDA and ICH regulations, AMA style guide, and clinical research principles is essential.
