Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized best practices for operations, including performance indicator management.
  • Support the continuous improvement program and quality control activities.
  • Ensure non-conformity management and corrective action implementation.
  • Recommend equipment selection or modification, optimizing its performance.
  • Assist in new equipment start-up and investment projects.
  • Supervise major tests and resolve technical problems within the unit.
  • Collaborate with production to develop new products.

Required Profile:

  • A relevant degree in mechanical engineering or industrial studies.
  • Experience in the food industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related fields.
  • Private manufacturing sector experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Strong organizational sense and priority management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement processes, such as Kaizen and 6 Sigma.
