Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized best practices for operations, including performance indicator management.
  • Support our continuous improvement program and quality control activities.
  • Ensure non-conformity management and corrective action implementation.
  • Recommend equipment selection or modification and optimize its performance.
  • Support new equipment start-up and investment projects.
  • Supervise major tests and contribute to technical problem resolution within the unit.
  • Assist production in developing new products.
