About the RoleWe're seeking a transformation maven with a strong background in SAP FICO modules, data governance, and business process improvement. As a SAP Data Lead, you'll be responsible for defining data storage, consumption, integration, and management strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically design and implement data management solutions aligned with data governance, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
- Analyze and design data design and best practices through technology solutions.
- Lead transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led, and run workstream and/or project activities.
- Interact with all workstreams, including technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management, and more.
- Check business requirements to find configuration solutions.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP FICO Modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting (BA), and/or Controlling (CO).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 9 years' work experience).
- Extensive experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementations.
- Proven capability in defining SAP Finance functional roadmaps and strategies for clients.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives, to present functional strategies and gain buy-in.
- Must have federal government security clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
