Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise staff, and coordinate activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Staff Development: Train employees in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on food preparation and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit regular reports, including budget and cost estimates.
- Secondary Education: High school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹35,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
