Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Gardens of Eden Plantscaping. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for landscape construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of landscape construction teams, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that projects meet our high standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project completion.
  • Communication: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week
