Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Jun Landscaping & Construction Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Execution: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, as well as the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Operate and maintain backhoes, chain saws, pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, and skid-steers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
