Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Jun Landscaping & Construction Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to meet project demands, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in equipment operation, including backhoes, chain saws, pick-up trucks, and small engine equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations.
