About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
