Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 1375093 B.C Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
