Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
