Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless operations during your shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food products.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
