Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of staff members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and control inventory levels, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, customer service, and other key performance indicators
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
