Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at A&W. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and quality food.
- Prepare and manage budgets, including estimating ingredient and supply costs.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
