About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Karai Sushi & Korean Fried Chicken. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage food and supply costs
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Develop and implement menus and recipes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
