Job Summary

Vision Coatings Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and process purchase orders and instructions from customers
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve work objectives
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, optimizing inventory levels and reducing waste
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supply chain performance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation as required
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
