Procurement and Inventory Control Specialist

Vision Coatings Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and process purchase orders and instructions from customers
- Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve work objectives
- Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, optimizing inventory levels and reducing waste
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supply chain performance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient supply chain operations
- Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation as required
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
