The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and integrating Yardi's Construction Manager and Valuation modules, ensuring seamless deployment and alignment with client specifications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of Yardi's Construction Manager and Valuation modules, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with client specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to gather client requirements, design solutions, and achieve project objectives.
  • Configure and customize Yardi software to maximize functionality and usability for construction and valuation processes.
  • Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve issues prior to go-live.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert recommendations, and offer best practices for Yardi's use in construction management and valuation.

Requirements:
