Job Summary
Mircom Group of Companies is a leading provider of intelligent building and life safety solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team.
About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit job sites and review installation procedures and practices with contractors
- Develop sales opportunities with existing customers
- Cold call potential customers to present our products and services and solicit new business
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Minimum 3+ years technical sales experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
- Knowledge of the fire alarm industry and/or technology, provincial fire code and building codes would be considered an asset
