Strategic Business Solutions Expert

A dynamic role awaits at National Bank as a Strategic Business Solutions Expert within the Information Security Office. This strategic position requires playing a pivotal cross-functional analysis role where you will be responsible for defining and managing the cross-functional demand management process for unplanned initiatives impacting the information security industry.
You will contribute to the analysis of these requests, their referral and follow-up through all committees where the information security sector is represented, ensuring quality, efficiency and traceability of business decisions for the sector.
Your Responsibilities:- Carry out an inventory, establish the target and set up the sector's decision-making process (inventory and documentation of committees, decisions impacting information security and the Bank)
- Set up and manage tools (grids, document structure, dashboard, etc.)
- Understand, analyze and guide cross-cutting initiatives impacting the sector. Prepare recommendations for the CISO Management Committee.
- Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment and strategic planning.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with the initiative leaders and all stakeholders

As part of a large team of around forty colleagues within the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security sector, you will report to the Senior Director of the Office of Efficiency and Performance team within the Office of Information Security. RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Completed bachelor's or master's degree related to the sector of activity and 7-10 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in business process improvement;
- Experience in analytics;
- Project management experience;
- Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
