We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You will also have a high level of comfort working autonomously and requiring little day-to-day oversight and direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and create opportunities through solution-based selling
  • Regularly visit current and potential clients to evaluate their business needs and promote products and services
  • Develop and coach contractor sales teams to promote and sell products and services
  • Foster long-term business relationships with our client base
  • Meet or exceed company sales targets
  • Enter orders and quotes into ERP system
  • Report on current progress at weekly sales meetings
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, with a focus on B2B knowledge or equivalent experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a high closing ratio
  • CRM experience with Sales Force and Window & Door Software Paradigm (an asset)
  • Window and door experience (an asset)
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and business acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative
  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced, values-driven, and solution-based selling process
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
