Sales Business Development Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to our company's success. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You will also have a high level of comfort working autonomously and requiring little day-to-day oversight and direction.
Responsibilities:- Generate leads and create opportunities through solution-based selling
- Regularly visit current and potential clients to evaluate their business needs and promote products and services
- Develop and coach contractor sales teams to promote and sell products and services
- Foster long-term business relationships with our client base
- Meet or exceed company sales targets
- Enter orders and quotes into ERP system
- Report on current progress at weekly sales meetings
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years' experience in sales, with a focus on B2B knowledge or equivalent experience in the construction industry
- Demonstrated sales experience with a high closing ratio
- CRM experience with Sales Force and Window & Door Software Paradigm (an asset)
- Window and door experience (an asset)
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and business acumen, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- High comfort level working in a fast-paced, values-driven, and solution-based selling process
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
We offer a competitive salary range of CA$60,000 - CA$65,000 per annum, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
