Our Home Monitoring Program enables individuals to maintain their independence with the help of our licensed practical nurses (LPNs), who administer medications in the patient's residence. This role does not involve ADLs, transfers, or personal care.

Candidates with provisional LPN licensure are also eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting patients in the community and performing patient-specific assessments (e.g., blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure monitoring)
  • Administering medications (oral, injections, creams, patches)
  • Interpreting assessment data to adjust medications accordingly
  • Acting in acute situations according to pre-set company protocols
  • Documenting interventions, patient behavior changes, and assessment data
  • Submitting daily reports to Clinical Services Managers and pharmacies

Position Requirements:

  • Driver's License
  • Access to a personal vehicle
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Licensed and practicing with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

Compensation:

Salary: $30.00 per hour (based on experience) + shift premiums available

Bonus pay, overtime pay, and benefits package including an employee assistance program

Work Schedule:

Day shift, morning shift

Licenses/Certifications:

  • LPN/RPN (required)
  • CPR Certification (preferred)
  • Class 5 or Class 7 Driver's License (required)

Work Location: On the road
