Make a Difference in Pediatric Care
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a passionate and caring Home Health Care Professional to provide 1:1 family-centered care to pediatric patients with complex care needs in home and school settings.
In this role, you will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care that is delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated and empathetic individual who is committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their families.
As a Community Respite Worker with Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including the Lower Mainland region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 family-centered care to pediatric patients with complex care needs
- Using clinical skills to ensure the highest quality home health care
- Working in a safe and healthy environment
- Shaping the well-being of clients and communities

Requirements:
- Active registration with BC Care Aide Registry
