We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at i-payout. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Country Managing Director and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Management: Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and secure.
- Financial Administration: Generate invoices, maintain accurate records of financial transactions, and prepare reports and statements by analyzing data and presenting findings.
- Document Creation and Management: Create and format documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy, and proofread documents to ensure error-free work.
- Office Administration: Assist with general office administration tasks, including reception duties, and provide support to the Country Managing Director as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of recent office administration or accounting experience.
- Skills: Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong numerical skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with databases.
- Language: Bilingual in Chinese or Mandarin preferred.
