About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job duties and performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are accurate and that we are minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they receive a positive experience.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods and that our staff are able to take breaks and time off as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Language: English.

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be required to work under pressure and make quick decisions to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
