Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Meltwich Food Co.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and implementing effective operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
  • Manage events and catering services, including negotiating with clients and implementing operational procedures
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and advertising
  • Lead and instruct individuals, including staff and management
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
