About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Aalia Sachedina Parhar. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture, fixtures, and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Supply Management: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Laundry and Cleaning: Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Shopping and Supplies: Shop for food and household supplies to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
